We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act, VSBG). If you have a complaint, please email us and we'll try to sort it out directly.

We create the content of Plain with care, but we can't guarantee that it is complete, correct and up to date. The answers and values in the game are compiled from public sources and may contain errors; please report them. As a service provider we are responsible for our own content under the general laws. For information provided by others (such as usernames), the liability rules of the EU Digital Services Act apply: we are not obliged to monitor it, but we remove or block unlawful content promptly once we become aware of it.

Plain links to external websites, such as its data sources. We have no influence on their content, so we can't accept responsibility for it; the provider or operator of each linked page is always responsible for its content. We checked the linked pages for possible legal violations when we linked them and found none. Permanently monitoring linked pages without concrete evidence of a violation is not reasonable. If we become aware of a violation, we will remove the link promptly.

The game, its texts, puzzles and design are protected by copyright. Content from others is credited on the Sources page, and names, brands and trademarks shown as answers belong to their owners. If you believe something on Plain infringes your rights, please email us at hello@playplain.app and we'll look at it and fix any genuine problem promptly.
