Plain is made by one person who reads every email. Bug reports, data corrections, ideas for categories and privacy requests are all welcome.
Reporting a wrong value
Corrections make the game fairer for everyone. To check a report quickly, please include:
- The puzzle and round, for example “Plain #12, round 4”, or the category name.
- The answer and the value Plain showed for it.
- What you believe is right, with a link to a reliable source (an official site, a statistics office, or the cited source on Wikipedia).
- A screenshot, if you have one.
Each category sticks to one source and one way of measuring (for example, building heights are architectural height, not to the antenna tip), so a figure can differ from another site without being wrong. The sources page lists every source.
An answer you think should count
Tell us the round and what you typed. We also log unrecognised answers anonymously and add the ones that belong in the list.
Your data
To get a copy of your data or have it deleted, email us and include your username if you have an account. The privacy policy explains what we store.
